Where is the crank sensor located on a 92 lumina with a 3.1 repair manual states it's on lower right side of engine in front of crank pulley but cant find it?

I had to remove my right wheel for easy viewing, look right behind the crankshaft/belt small electrial wire black I have a lumina also it did not want to start check camshaft sensor and replaced, relaced electric fuel pump, checked fuel injectors, firing, getting fire, and gas pressure up to injectors, but not on plugs, plugs was dry had to have a diagnostic check done, crankshaft pulley hope that will help you.
