Where is the diversity at the RNC?

Before I get attacked by Republicans(I am a democrat) I would like to clarify that this is an observation...not trying to critisize). I counted four black people in the RNC today. I saw over three hours of it. As a Latina, I am wondering why aren't there that many Latinos, African-Americans, and even Asians at the convention?

The only respect that I find for minorities is in the Republican party! All American's are treated with respect! Unlike the Dem party who buy votes with empty promises!

Republicans judge people by content of character, we don't believe in filling quotas. By the way, nice to see that you're the party of quotas and that you don't label others in the process!!!  LOL

First off - black conservative republicans are rarer than hens' teeth - yet there were a handful there that I noticed. I was actually surprised to see that many to be truthful.

Diversity has become the new buzzword for this election - to the point where it has essentially replaced the real issues. I'm confident that there was a decent mix in the audience.

I have been watching fox news all day and I also noticed. I only counted 1 black man that I saw while I was watching.

the repubs are a desperate bunch, so much so that they nominated grandpa, and we witnessed his judgement by choosing palin as his vp

Trust me dont trust senior citizens, they have BIG mood swings. I work with a lot of older people and every encounter  had with a senior citizen has been the same, they are sweet when you first meet them and then you gradually see there true colors and can see there personalities change on a dime, you have to keep in mind that all the medication that they are taking are messing with their mind, its unfathomable to me why a person would vote for mccain, maybe they are missing all the facts

I only saw Americans. Same as I did when I watched the Dems convention. Oh well. People see what they want to see. So I guess you're a Latina-American? Is that a new term?

What I saw was enough bluehairs to make all the owners of St.Paul beauty shops able to buy yachts.

And what was up with those goons surrounding the stage.  Do they think their supporters would get so foamy at the mouth they would rush the stage, or something?

Plus, are there no deaf people in the gop?  If there are, why did they put the sign-language translator on the far right of the stage, where no one could see her?

It's become painfully obvious to most Americans that Democrats have always been the first to promote women, blacks, jews and latinos into positions of power.

Less than 31% of the Female members of congress are Republican... so there goes the "democrats are sexist" argument that they're throwing out...

And 85% of the Black Congresspeople are Democrat... so there goes that too...

Even the Green Party is not as Diverse as the Democrats!

fox news is conservative and they didn't show diversity either because there isn't any. MY America is diverse and those are the democrats, let's get it right this time, no more republican years.
