Where is the drain for the coolant for a 97 grand am v6.?

im planning on flushing my coolant pretty soon. and are there any crucial things i should do or is it pretty simple?

it should be on the bottom of the radiator, but if it,s not, then you have to pull the bottom radiator off to drain it. some cars don,t have a drain plug.

on the bottom of your car. in the front. there are three s***w on left and three on right.

on the drivers side lower radiator under the cars airbox you can see it, remove the airbox.

I would let a professional do the cooling system flush for you. They use a machine and it does a great job. Look for coupons, I have seen some shops doing flushes for as low as 49.99. If you do it yourself, make sure you bleed it properly when you are done or you risk doing serious engine damage.
