I'm from Iowa but I have actually played the Sunny Hills course the guy from Ohio mentioned 1st. It is pretty easy, it isn't too far from the Summit Racing Hdqtrs., there is another nice one nearby call Maplecrest. My pick for easiest is The American Legion course in Hannibal Missouri, I normally shoot about 90+ per round but I am down at 80 there.I think par is 70.
