Where is the easiest place to store and retrieve my photos?

My computer won't recognise my flashdrive sticks so to transfer my photos to my new computer I need to send them somewhere and retrieve them when the new computer is set up.

You can create a back up file for the pictures.

Or burn in on cd and keep it.
