No relay , Just a fuse. It`s in one of the 2 fuse boxes. But it sounds like you are looking for another problem. might help if you let us know the problem you are looking for before you fry the ecu.

The underhood fuse box, where all the other relays are.

the main fuel system/computer system relay is in the underhood electrical center, left side of the engine compartment.  There is a fuel pump relay and fuel injection system relay there.
