Where is the fine line between a cool bald guy and a not so cool bald guy?

And yeah, I know what you mean. It really mostly depends on the person's facial structure.

I think it depends on the skull shape.

Also the sense of humor, it makes the bald guy so cool.

I think also that young men who voluntarily shave their heads are so cool.
