Where is the flat/apartment filmed in 102 Dalmations?

I'm curious to find out where, exactly, the flat used for "Chloe Simon" is located in London.

Kevin Lima has done a terrific job in getting a dozen or so Dalmatians to play up to the cameras (No, they didn't use 102 Dalmatians to make the film. Most of the dogs on the screen are actually computer-generated).

The spots haven't changed, only the story.
