  1. Floppy Disc drives have become obsolete.

    If you have purchased a Desktop PC, they have stopped including it.

    If you are using a laptop, don't even look for it, as I said before, it has become out-dated.


  2. Most newer computers do not have them, but if you really want one, you could buy an external floppy drive that hooks up via USB for a laptop or an internal one for a desktop computer.  They are relatively easy to install if you have an available port.

  3. No one uses floppy disc drives in modern computers anymore.

  4. Nobody uses them anymore, they have been replaced by flash drives. New PCs don't come with them. I bought a new PC a few months ago and it hasn't got a floppy disk drive, it has the space reserved for it, but there's really no point. Flash drives work a million times better.

  5. Yup, what Angelo said; if you can't see an obvious slot where a floppy disc would fit, there is none. However, you can install one without too much trouble ^^
