Where is the fuel filter located in a 98 Blazer?

You should be able to look this up at the library in repair manual that covers Blazers for that model year.

OR

Get the vehicle up on  jack stand or a hoist; Locate the gas tank and follow the gas lines toward the engine and you will see it lead to something much bigger then the gas line it's self this will most likely be the fuel filter. If you have a new filter to install it should be easy to recognize it by comparison.
