Where is the fuel filter located on a 95 Dodge Intrepid?

Ok so i'm having to change my fuel filter, its the first time i've ever done this sort of thing and I don't have the money to pay a professional to do it. I've got the filter and now I just need to change it. But where is it located? Some have said under the car and some have said you can get to it from the trunk.

Also does anyonw know any steps or a guide I can follow to get it changed correctly?

The fuel filter on your car is located on the frame rail under the car next to the gas tank. There is one bolt holding the filter on and one quick disconnect going into each end. When you are done replacing it, be sure you turn the key on for a few seconds to allow the fuel system to pressurize before you try to start the vehicle.
