Where is the fuel temperature sensor located on a 2005 Ford Freestyle?

I'm getting an OBD-II code of "P0182 Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit Low Input" I have no idea where this is located on the care or how to repair it, if possible. I would appreciate it if someone could shed some light on the subject. Thanks.

the fuel temprature sensor is part of the pressure regulator mounted on the fuel rail.no need to drop the tank it's under the hood.

It's inside the fuel tank. Run the vehicle as low on gas as you can before removing the tank. It's not so heavy then.
