Where is the fuse box located on a 1996 ford ranger?

i bought a 96 ranger yesterday and some gages and lights do not work, i would like to try fuses first.

  1. Lower left side of steering colum


  2.   Open the driver door, look at the area along side of the dash board, two fuse compartments.  There is also a fuse compartment on the driver side directly over the front wheel.
