Where is the fuse for my radio and cig lighter in my car?

I have a 95 Geo Metro and I think I blew the fuse for the radio and cig lighter. Where is it at? And if it's with the other fuses under the hood what is it labeled? Please help.

one is under the hood label back up or cigarret, or horn

the other one is under the dash

should be in the car under the steering wheel or by the parking foot brake area.  Should be labled . If not go thru them one at a time until you find it.
