Where is the heater control valve located on a 1987 chevy s10 blazer?

The heater control valve is located on the passenger rear side of the engine area by the heater case..You will see a heater hose going to the valve and the other side will go to the engine.This will be a plastic valve with a metal lever on top that moves when you change the temperature setting on the dash.Best of luck.
