Where is the inside fuse box on a 2001dodge caravan

i hate to argue with a certified mechanic of 37 years /\/\ but there is no inside fuse box in a 2001 just the outside one under the hood

when you open the door its on the end of the dash panel remove the cover and on the back of it there will be a diagram of the fuses and what they do,and what size is needed,good luck.
