Where is the landing gear control in this pic? Im talking about the very bottom one .... Its a cessna c208?

What landing gear control? There isn't one on this plane. It's called 'fixed gear' for a reason. The landing gear in fixed into position and does not retract into the fuselage when in flight. It stays out in the open unless the plane crashes. Then it retracts into the fuselage big time.

The Cessna Caravan has fixed landing gear. For that reason you wont find a Landing gear lever in the cockpit.
