Where is the lululemon warehouse/outlet in BC?

I am going to be in Richmond, BC this month and heard that there is a lululemon outlet store somewhere in BC. Can anyone tell me where it is? I hear that it is only open on Friday and Saturday. Also, is there a huge line to get in?
