Where is the main water switch in an apartment home?

had water this morning but when i came back from work i had no water coming from anywhere in my apartment. could it be the switch?? any suggestions??

Yes it is the shut off valve. And ask the super to turn it on. If it's not the switch then there might be a water main break, which is unlikely!

well your water could be turned off. check with your neighbors. or you could have a blocked pipe. but most likely your water is turned off

since you do not own the place, you probably dont have access to it.

and it is not something that just shuts itself off.

call the landlord, it was probably turned off by the him or the city for repairs.
