Where is the most beautiful place you've ever been?

I live in Australia and have travelled New Zealand and we have some gorgeous places down here in the Southern Hemisphere. However I have recently been to the USA for the first time and would have to say that the Grand Canyon was the most beautiful place that I have ever seen.

Can't decide between the Swiss Alps, the Candadian Rockies, the Grand Canyon, the Great Barrier Reef, and the Kimberleys (especially the Bungle Bungles).

City-wise, it is hard to beat Paris.

Ancient city-wise, it is hard to beat Petra (in Jordan).

The Colorado Rockies! We drove through there when we moved back to the east coast from California! Cali was great, but the Rockies.... Man what a vision! I was born and raised in Florida and we have some of the most beautiful beaches, then we moved to California and we saw some of the most gorgeous sunsets... from there we moved to Upstate NY and they have some awesome views (Especially the snow covered hills and valleys in the Mohawk Valley Region) We are back in Florida and still have the best sunrises and sunsets and beautiful beaches, but I will always love the glimpse I got of the Rockies!
