Turtle Island (Fiji - where they filmed Blue Lagoon).  Best of all only around 14 couples can stay on the island at one time, there are enough private beaches for everyone to have their own beach for the day, there are no cars, shops, roads etc. and you stay in your own beautiful thatched roof bure right on the beach.

It is exactly what a tropical island should be (before the presence of too many human being invariably wrecks it).
