Washington DC because of all the manure that is spread in that city by the politicians.

Also on the presidential campaign trail since that manure is more insidious and will be a lot worse than they say, once the odor eliminator wears off..

Believe it or not, in the desert. Elsewhere, the rain washes away all the nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and organic matter. You wouldn't believe the fantastic melons that are raised in the Tihama (east coast of Red Sea) -- the best I ever had. Conversely, tropical rain forests have the worst soil.
