Where is the most "hipster" neighborhood to live in St. Louis?

  1. Not sure what St. Louisians would consider "hipster", it could be anything from loff living downtown to renting an apartment close to the loop to buying a condo in the CWE or living in a historic conversion in Soulard or Lafayette Square. Check them all out and see what is the best fit for what you want.

Well first off, I honestly don't think St. Louis has hit that "hipster" population yet, at least not enough of one to gather a good population in a certain area.  But if I were to try and find this small group in STL, I would pick either downtown (Washington Avenue area) or somewhere in/near the loop (Delmar).

    A lot of posers out there though, so it might be tougher than it sounds.

  3. If your definition of "hipster" includes diversity (racial, socioeconomic, etc.), South City has many great diverse neighborhoods near Tower Grove Park.
