Where is the nearest olive garden location in down town. toronto?

The Olive Garden restaurants have not been in Canada for quite some time.  Not sure why, but they didn't do well here, so they no longer are in business here.

There are still Olive Gardens in Canada -- in BC, Alberta and Manitoba (according to their locator). But from Toronto, the closest one would be Amherst, NY.

I agree with the poster who said you don't need an Olive Garden when there are so many great restaurants in Toronto. Try The Old Spaghetti Factory, East Side Mario's, Alice Fazooli's, Frankie Tomatto's or the like for more of a chain restaurant experience. I don't live downtown, so I can't recommend any good authentic Italian restaurants.

There are no Olive Garden's in Toronto anymore. I know... so sad.... Those pepperchinis in the salad were amazing.

The closest one would  be Buffalo NY.

There are no Olive Garden restaurants in Ontario.  There are some out west and then of course in the USA.  

It's a shame because we always went there.  Their salads are amazing, can't find another restaurant that makes a garden salad as good. Whenever we go south for a winter vacation we always eat at the Olive Garden.

Makes you wonder why good restaurants close and crappy ones stay open.  Another great restaurant that closed was Mother Tucker's, they replaced it with Tucker's Marketplace which is a buffet style restaurant.  What a drop in quality.

So I'm sorry that you won't be able to find an Olive Garden restaurant in Toronto, guess you (and the rest of us) will have to settle for East Side Mario's (their salad is similar but not as good) and those other Italian eateries.

Here's a locator but to the best of my knowledge they closed all Olive Gardens in Canada when they were no longer a viable concern.

With all of the FABULOUS restaurants in Toronto why in the world would you want to go to that chain fast food italian Olive Garden??!!
