  1. all flights of cebu pacific are now housed at terminal 3.  within the vicinity of terminal one and two.


  2. NAIA 3 is close to Villamor Air Base. All Cebu Pacific flights are using the new airport for their operations. Both for domestic and international destinations.

    No news if they have improved their procedure already. No reported delays or any flight problems so far. Good luck though, CP's fiasco when they moved to the new airport damaged their reputation a bit.
