Where is the nicest place to go to on vacation?

My family is thinking about taking a caribbean vacation next year and we can't decide on a place to go.. please let me know about any nice hotels or fun things to do

Consider the Bahamas, Nassau, over the holidays.  We were there for Christmas and New Years.  They have celebration called Junkano and parades to celebrate it.  The parades are simply awesome and outstanding.  We stayed in a timeshare next to the Grand Bahama hotel, which was great.  The beach was lovely and transportation on the bus was fun.
