Where is the oil sender in a 1993 chevy 350?

please help me with the location i am lost.

OIl sender?

there is no such thing, that I have ever heard of, but if you meant, Oil pan, it is located right on the bottom of the motor, it may be a different color like orange, or it may just be a steel box with a bolt, it that is at all what you were talking about.

under distributer or near oil filter on left side

If it is not near the oil filter,then it is behind the intake manifold,by the firewall,next to the distributor.
