Where is the oldest documented human civilization?

anyone know how old the Hopi indian civilization is?

Human civilization all over the world is much older than we have been taught it is.  There is a lot of very interesting information being published in just the last few years indicating that ruins and archaeological sites we thought were hundreds of years old may be thousands of years old, instead, and the civilizations we thought had built them just moved into cities that were already ancient even in their time, and renovated them.

As to what is the oldest, I do not think anyone even really knows that.  However, I think at least ONE of the oldest may be the excavations at Mohenjo Daro in the Indus Valley in India.

Catal-Hoyuk is a city in modern-day Turkey which dates to more than 8,000 years old....

Also, the prehistoric, pre-Flood, pre-Sumerian, Ubaids in Mesopotamia, had small cities dated up to 10,000 years old!

Banana & Fig plantations found north of modern-day Israel date to 11,500 years ago!

Sumerians are generally considered to be first -- in Mesopotamia (the Middle East).

If you typed Sumeria into your favorite search engine, I bet you could find a map, showing where, more or less, that civilization was (though we don't know its exact boundaries).

Chinese civiliation is also very old.

Depends on what you mean by documented....The Bible states that Adam and Eve were the first people on earth....all peoples and cultures began with them.
