Where is the original Bell 222 Airwolf Helicopter that was in the original 1980's series "Airwolf" at now?

My boyfriend & I were wondering what ever happened to the original "Airwolf".

  1. It crashed in an Airshow.

    A museum in North America restored and built an exact replica which they had in the museum for some time. They ended up selling it on Ebay a few months ago. I was trying to get our local air museum to purchase it but they are stupid and didn't.


  2. It was sold to a german air ambulance company after the show ended.  It crashed some time ago, and I presume, destroyed.
