Where is the package I sent to my friend in France? Is that possible for someone to steal the box!?

I have sent a cell phone from Japan to my friend in France some weeks ago and the tracking system says he got the box but he says he haven't. Where is the box now? Is that possible for someome to steal?!

There is a difference between Delivery Confirmation (meaning they say they dropped it off), and Confirmed Delivery (meaning they have a signature from the person to whom it was delivered).  See which system they use, and ask to see proof of signature of the recipient, if possible.  Yes, it is possible it was stolen, it is possible they never delivered it, or it is possible he does actually have it.

The tracking system should be accurate. You could complain at the mail office where you mailed it and maybe get compensation.
