Where is the pencil icon so I can extend time for my question?

I do not know how to extend time for my questions. I have read that there is a pencil icon, but can not find it. Please help me!

Hello,

When you click on your question, you will get your Question page;

Below to your question, at the end of the box, you can see A "Star" Icon, an "Envelope" icon and beside to them, you can see the Blue Pencil Icon with "Add" fonts.  Click on that to add expiry date to your question.
