I live in NYC now and have a few weeks to kill before school starts this fall. I just want to know where to go (the cheaper the better, I don't have that much money to spend) that I absolutely should NOT miss. (Or places to see and have my pics taken! hehe.)

Btw, I've already been to the ff. places:

Liberty and Ellis Island

Rockefeller Center (But not the Observation Deck)

St. Patrick's Cathedral

WTC Site

Times Square

Broadway (Haven't seen a show though)

Battery Park

Grand Central Station

South Street Seaport

Central Park (Just a small part of it though)

FAO Schwartz

Toys R' Us

NBA Store

Macy's

Radio City (Outside)

It would be a great help. Thanks!

  1. ground zero to pay tribute to all who loss there lives

  2. I would say Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum.  My friend just came back from from NYC and she got a TON of great pictures just from that one spot.

  3. Liberty and Ellis Island and ofcourse the malls

  4. Chinatown, Little Italy, the Central Park Zoo (very cheap), and I'm sure you've been there, but you didn't mention it... the Empire State Building observation deck.

Go see a baseball game at your choice of mets or yankees. Get some cheap nosebleed seats and check out a game before either stadium is demolished for the new ones.
