  1. For its moderate climate, breathtaking scenery, low cost of living, and tranquil lyfestyle - I would clearly suggest Andalucia (which encompasses the entire southern quarter of Spain.  Now to further narrow it down... For tranquility stay away from the larger cities, such as Sevilla, Malaga, Granada, Cadiz, Cordoba, etc...  To get ideas check out ¨andalucia.com¨.

Do you prefer one of the coastal areas (Atlantic or Mediterranean) which are very beautiful but less peaceful and quiet during the summer tourist season?  Or perhaps the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains in the province of Granada?  If what you want is TOTAL tranquility to concentrate on your studies, maybe the hills of the province of Jaen with its sea of olive trees for as far as the eye can see are your best bet.

It´s hard to go wrong, anywhere you choose - the beauty of Spain will captivate you. One thing is for sure - you´ll find that Spaniards are among the friendliest of all Europeans.

  2. there are plenty of virgin beaches close to Trafalgar Andalucia and it´s like paradise, just you and the ocean.
