Ruler of Nepal not going anywhere. He will be staying in Nepal itself. His portfolio will be made clear by the constituent incorporated by the constituent assembly. He might even be treated as a normal citizen. We shouldn't forget that he has lots of businesses here in Nepal like Surya Tobacco, Soaltee Crowne Plaza etc. Hence, it is clear that he is not fleeding anywhere.

Probably India. I came across an article in the Times of India that he is contemplating shifting to Rajasthan in India. Very much logical as he has got many relatives in India.
