  1. To be exact the End Line is 29' 6"(9 meters) from the net and the women's net is 7' 4-1/8" high.

Each side of the court is a perfect square so the end line is 29' 6" long and you can serve from anywhere behind the end line.

Practice serving from both corners and see where you can do it better.  Also, keep in mind that best place to drop your serves are the far back corners and you should definitely practice this a lot.

  2. setters line? i play volleyball for my high school, im the setter, and we're #1 in the state of florida... do you mean the service line? the service line is thirty feet away from the net. the setters box (where the setter sets the ball from) is generally on the right, if you're looking at it from a service position. when you set, your right shoulder should always be next to the net. unless of course its a bad pass.

i'd love to help you understand setting, its so much fun!

  3. 30 ft back

  4. The service line is 30 feet from the net. The court is about 60 feet long and the net can be set at 8 feet for men or 7 feet 4 inches for women to practice.

That means, if you're a boy and your serve is 8.5 feet when it reaches 30 feet from where you hit it, you will at least have made it above the net.
