Where is the sims Ts Bin?

so apparently the sims TS Bin is meant to be in the sim 2 folder under EA Games under my documents and it's not there. see: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v375/iyana243/problem.jpg

so can someone help me find it?

it's not in My Documents.it's in C : Program Files/EA Games/The Sims 2

or drive D or E if you install it in different places other than default drive.
