Where is the speed limiter for a 2000 ford mustang v6?

i want to take it out to go faster, and i want to go faster cuz i'm taking it on the drag strip

The speed limiter is controlled by the computer. To change your top speed limit you will need an ODBII port programmer to modify values in the car's computer...from there you can change the Fuel Cutoff Speed to 255 and the Fuel resume speed to something like 253.
