  2. im not sure where it is located but any harley dealership, or online, would have them. i would say to call a harley place and ask to speak to a technition, or to read a manual for the bike.

It's probably the relay.  There is a starter relay in the fuse block.  Remove the seat, disconnect negative battery cable, pull cover away from fuse block, remove and replace starter relay.  It's a small box, since you've got an '06 there should be two of them, the one on the left is the starter relay and the one on the right is a system relay for the EFI.

    If your ST isn't doing anything, it could be the battery is low or has corrosion on the connections, the start switch could have gone bad, the turn signal / security may have disabled the relay, or the solenoid may have issues.

    They are available from your dealer or order one online, the part number is 31506-79B and I've posted some links to get you there.
