Where is the strangest place that you have ever slept?

mine was on the back of a Duccatti motorbike on the motorway coming home from StoneHenge :-) I know but it was good x

  2. I slept in a suitcase once..ended up in Hong Kong!!!

  3. The torpedo tube of a nuclear submarine whilst being transported to the Falklands war.

    It was tight fit and you could hear the water rushing past the outer door. Not to mention the smell after eating curry for a few days.

    Not for the claustrophobics

  6. On top of the straw-stack one Summer's afternoon, when it started to pour down with rain.  I took shelter there, and fell asleep!

  9. When I was stationed in Cyprus in the RAF, I broke my leg and was sent back to the UK.

    I travelled in a specially adapted passenger aircraft that had all the seats taken out and replaced by racks, this aircraft travelled to each of the middle eastern countries picking up injured servicemen to bring ack to the UK.

    Each patient was strapped into a stretcher and placed in a rack, I had two slotted in above me and two below, now that's a strange place to sleep.

    What made it worse was that it was my birthday March 7th 1965.

  10. i once feel asleep in my next door neighboors garden after a little too much to draaannkkk!! haha woke up the next morning a word of advice never drink grape vodkaa!!!! it makes you crazy!

  13. in a bird hide. we used the usual trick of im stayin ova so n so's whilst my friend said she was stayin ova mine. was fun. am 23 and married now, so live to tell the tale. wuldn't reccommend it tho

  14. In the main lounge of one of the Movenpick Hotels.

    We arrived at the Hotel a little before time and we were told that our rooms would not be ready until 12 noon.

    We were so tired that our whole family just fell asleep right there on the sofas in the main reception!

    (It was a lovely sleep though!)

  15. In the back of a cattle trailer going down the road! Luckily the cows were locked up on the other side!

  16. On the beach in Oman. Funny how the sand was too hot to walk on during the day, but at night it was freezing!

  17. The strangest place I slept was in a cow-shed.

    I was fifteen years old and I went into a Pup (in Ireland ) and with two bottles of beer I was drunk. When I got home, my Mom said to me,

    ' You drunken sod you can sleep in the cow-shed to night '

    the glorious 60,s were the time we did lots of things,,

    we had Mods and Rockers.

    the mods used to ride motor scooters and the

    rockers used to ride motor cycles(i did both at one time or another)as rockers dozens of bikers went to scarborough at weekends and used to sleep in the viewing shelters on the sea front(just a roof with seating underneath),,the police came one night and moved us all on ,we said we had nowhere else to go and so we slept the night in the cells at the police station,,,the doors were not locked,,,wouldnt ever happen today tho
