Since meterologists usually recognise Summer as June, July, and August; you just about missed it!

its in whichever hemisphere receives the most light from the sun. right now thats the northern hemisphere, and in 6 months that will be the southern hemisphere. when areas receive more sunlight, they get warmer, which is why its hot during the summer.

You missed it, it was two days in May, pretty much the same as last year. And I was the fool that believed the experts when they said we were going to have a really hot summer this year. Oh well, roll on Christmas

Well summer actually occured today here in Ireland, but it ended at about 7pm when it started drizzling. I took a photo of a butterfly with the sun shining on it as proof in case nobody believes me lol.

Where i am is very deceiving, it's like April showers but humid and very warm.

What Summer? If you blinked you missed it. Sometimes we have some nice weather in October. I don't think there's much chance this year though.
