Can I stay in Florence and drive to tower Pisa. How long?

  1. Yes, not a problem.  Pisa is west of Florence, near the coast.  The fastest I have every driven it is 90 minutes, and I drive fast.  The small road leading into Pisa is extremely congrested.  Rent a car with a GPS if you are going to do it on your own.


  2. well if I remember correctly it is near Pisa duh! No offence but it is a couple hours away from Florence.

  3. Yes you can, it will probably take you 1h 30, there are some wonderful villages around,  you should stop on the way to Pisa, like San Giminiano. Have fun!
