Where is the turn signal/hazard light flasher located in a 1993 Ford Taurus?

I have already checked the fuses, all are good, bulbs are even good. I figure it might be the flasher, just not too sure where to look. I thought maybe in one of the fuse boxes (one is under steering column and the other is under the hood). Anybody know where it might be? I don't have the owner's manual.

Fuse box under the dash. It's round, about the size of a silver dollar. Just pull on it, it'll have two pins on the back.
