Where is the world's tallest bridge?

We are planning to travel to Germany, Swiss and France during second half of August. We want to see the tallest bridge in the world. We know, it is in France, but dont know where exactly. We need some information on this. Thanks in advance.

  1. The Milau bridge is not on your way, it is in southern France while you will be traveling in the northern part.

    Here is a map. Zurich is slightly south and east of Mulhouse in the east of France.

  2. I assume you are referring to the milau viaduct. It crosses the River Tarn in the south of France. It is on the A75.

    I am afraid I do not know if this will be on route, in fact, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be, and you'd have to go out of your way to get there. Would be worth it though.

    It is likely to loose it's worlds tallest bridge titel at the end of 2009, to a bridge in India. (The Chenab Bridge).
