My Best Friend turns 26 today. I want to do dinner, drinks, dancing or games. I want them to make a big deal and sing Happy Birthday. Where is there a place in the Riverside area? Thanks.

They get on top of your booth and sing, and plus good food and drinks.

Applebees, Outback Steak house, Friday's, Texas Roadhouse,  Boston Beanery,  Olive Garden.  Hey try a singing telegram, and a comedy club and have them drag him on stage for a mini roast.  Have fun!

Well no resturant is allowed to sing happy birthday because it is a copyright violation. They would sing their other versions of happy birthday. Like AppleBees and basicaly any sitdown resturant. They might even give him free cake!
