Where is there a Chips Factory in Orange County?

Are there any places in Orange County that fry chips (tortilla/potato). Tried a search on google but couldn't find anything.

Many of the Mexican restaurants will fry their own like El Cholo.  I do not think the large chain El Torito / Acapulco / Que Pasa / La Fiesta does.  The restaurant in Disney's California Adventure does but who wants to buy a ticket to get the chips.  Years ago, I was in a Von's Pavilion's in a Hispanic area that made the tortillas and made chips with a machine on premises.  If you see a Pavilions in a Hispanic neighborhood, you might want to go in and see if they have one.
