I don't understand your question.  Are you referring to a cafe that caters only to dogs?  Something like Cafe Bones (in Leichardt)?  Or are you referring to dog-friendly cafes?

Plenty of "sidewalk" cafes (in Melbourne) cater to our canine friends.  Otherwise, Puppy Phat is a doggie cafe offering such things as puppacinos and doggie biscuits.
