Where is there a good furniture store for cheap sofas in the Phoenix, Arizona area?

I suggest you look at Ikea.  They have some pretty good items, and the prices cannot be beat.  They are in Tempe.

But at your price range, you owe it to yourself to consider used sofas at Goodwill or Salvation Army. Don't laugh: It's amazing what some people give away.  I recently bought a man's chest at one of these stores for $40.  It was made by Henredon, it was in perfect condition, and it probably would have sold for at LEAST $2000 new.  These stores tend to throw out the real junk, so what they do sell is in good condition.  Of course, the inventory changes every week, depending on what has been donated, so you may have to keep checking back to find something you like.
