Where is there a good ryokan in Hakone?

If there's one you recommend, please let me know the name and where I can find more information. Thanks!

**Also, I'd like answers from people that have actually stayed at ryokans in Hakone.

I can do internet searches too, so those type of answers aren't very useful.**

A friend of mine stayed in the Fuji-Hakone Guest house and said it was quite nice. It has its own onsens, (i think it had 2 or three different ones you had to book on advance or something). But no breakfast. Its right next to a bus stop, but Hakone is better if you have your own car as the buses are quite expensive as is the ropeway. The people were really nice to ignorant gaijin.

Make sure you buy the wood products!
