There used to be a place called "Sweet Tooth" in Lakewood, CA, that used to have karaoke open for families, but it was shut down. (I don't know why.) The only places I know that do have karaoke are at bars--I can't stand bars! If you know of any kid-safe karaoke joints, please let me know.

  1. There are several karoake places in the Asian communities like San Gabriel that probably don't have a age limit and are not bars. But, if you're going to be singing English songs, the selection will be limited. I've heard Energy Karaoke in Alhambra has a good list of English songs. There's also Cash Box KTV in Arcadia. Basically any Karaoke/KTV place in the Asian communities (San Gabriel, Arcadia, Alahambra, Monterey Park, Rosemead, and maybe Irvine) will let you in and have a private room. But you might want to call and check on their selection of English songs. Godd luck.
