Riedell, Jackson, Sp-Teri, Klingbeil, Harllick, Gam,Graf, risport etc all have websites where they list retailers all over the world where they are sold. If your local skate shop doesn't have a brand you want, someone else should have. Be careful not to be pushed into a brand of skate. Not all brands are created equally and skates are made for level of skating and arent meant to be kept "forever" You can get hurt or create problems with your feet if you arent fitted and matched correctly. you can find all of the websites by googleing the brand name to find the official site.

Skates are made for a type of foot and level of skating. And blades are picked for the same reasons they are for diffrent levels cause the toepick and radius is diffrent for higher level skating. Generally Jackson is made for wide toe box shaped feet, Riedell is made for narrow to regular width. Sp-Teri, Harlick, Klingbeil are known for there custom fits and stock boots.
